You might sell a mix of calls, retainers, term programs, project work, lesson packages, and resources. Newie helps turn those offers into clear payment links, subscriptions, installment plans, agreements, and customer records.

What You Need

Your work might be broad, but what you are usually solving is the same: you want to package expertise into something the customer can buy clearly. That might be a monthly consulting retainer, a term of tutoring, a workshop, a short course, or a one-off assessment. Set up Newie around the commercial offer. Keep lesson delivery, consulting work, course access, scheduling, and student records in the normal delivery tools.

Common Setup

  1. Create Subscriptions for retainers, ongoing support, memberships, or recurring lessons
  2. Create Fixed-Term Subscriptions for term programs, short courses, or structured programs paid over time
  3. Create One-Off Services for consults, audits, assessments, workshops, deposits, or paid-upfront packages
  4. Create Installment Plans for larger fixed-price programs or project fees paid in scheduled parts
  5. Use Terms of Service for engagement terms, cancellation rules, program expectations, or scope boundaries
  6. Use Welcome Emails for intake forms, booking links, calendar links, learning portals, client folders, or first-step instructions
