Use this when you sell a structured business coaching offer after an enquiry, application, DM, referral, webinar, or sales call. Business coaching offers often combine calls, accountability, templates, audits, group access, async support, and onboarding resources. Newie records what the customer bought and how they pay; coaching delivery can happen through Zoom, a calendar tool, a community, a portal, shared docs, or chat.

What the Coach Needs

Business coaching sales usually depend on trust built before checkout. Once the customer agrees, you need a clean way to lock in the program, collect the right payment option, document the commitment, and start onboarding without losing momentum. Use this around the sales call, application review, webinar follow-up, or DM conversation where the customer chooses the program.

Common Setup

  1. Create a Fixed-Term Subscription for 3-month, 6-month, 12-week, or fixed-length programs paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
  2. Create a Subscription for ongoing monthly coaching, group access, or continued support
  3. Create a One-Off Service for paid-upfront programs, strategy calls, intensives, workshops, or audits
  4. Create an Installment Plan for a high-ticket program with a fixed total split across scheduled payments
  5. Use Terms of Service for minimum term, refund rules, scope, payment expectations, cancellation, confidentiality, or coaching boundaries where needed
  6. Use Welcome Emails for intake forms, calendar links, Zoom links, community links, client portal links, first-call preparation, or onboarding tasks

Enquiry to Paid Coaching Program

1

Customer enquires or applies

The lead comes from social media, a referral, website form, webinar, application, DM, or email.
2

Qualify the fit

Confirm the customer’s goal, program fit, price, payment option, start date, and delivery expectations.
3

Send the Newie checkout

Use an existing service link, custom price, custom start date, Store link, or Purchase as Customer where available.
4

Customer agrees and pays

If Terms of Service is enabled, the customer accepts the agreement before checkout.
5

Newie sends next steps

The Welcome Email can include onboarding forms, calendar links, community links, first-call preparation, or portal access.

Program Setup Checks

  • Use a fixed-term subscription when the offer is a defined program paid over time.
  • Use an installment plan when the customer is paying a fixed total across scheduled payments.
  • Use Terms of Service for minimum commitment, refunds, payment defaults, confidentiality, scope, and coaching boundaries.
  • Use Billing Start Date when the customer buys now but the cohort, first call, or onboarding period starts later.
  • Use the Welcome Email to send the intake form, calendar link, community access, and first preparation task.
