Use this when you sell a fitness program or membership rather than a single casual session. You might package value as monthly coaching, app-based programming, group challenges, 6-week or 12-week transformations, or hybrid online and in-person programs. Newie records the offer the customer buys, while the actual coaching can happen in a fitness app, gym, booking tool, community, spreadsheet, or chat workflow.

What the Coach or Studio Is Selling

The customer is usually buying a result or a period of support, not just a payment schedule. Set up Newie around the offer the customer recognises: monthly coaching, a challenge, a transformation program, a paid-upfront guide, or a higher-value package paid over time. Do not create a Newie service for every workout, check-in, or class. Create services for the things customers buy.

Common Setup

  1. Create a Subscription for ongoing coaching, app access, memberships, or monthly training support
  2. Create a Fixed-Term Subscription for 6-week, 8-week, 12-week, or term-based programs paid over time
  3. Create a One-Off Service for paid-upfront programs, assessments, workshops, digital guides, or once-off consults
  4. Create an Installment Plan for higher-value programs with a fixed total split across scheduled payments
  5. Use Terms of Service for minimum terms, cancellation rules, refund terms, health or training expectations, and payment commitments where needed
  6. Use Welcome Emails for intake forms, app links, booking links, training instructions, community links, first-week instructions, or check-in expectations
  7. Use integrations when customer details need to move into Trainerize, Everfit, HubFit, Kahunas, a form tool, community, CRM, or spreadsheet

Program Sale Flow

1

Customer shows interest

The customer enquires through Instagram, a referral, website form, gym conversation, event, or landing page.
2

Match the program

Recommend the right coaching membership, challenge, transformation program, session pack, or paid-upfront offer.
3

Choose the payment setup

Use a Subscription for ongoing access, a fixed-term subscription for a defined program paid over time, a One-Off Service for paid-upfront programs, or an Installment Plan for a fixed-total package.
4

Customer checks out through Newie

Share a service link, Store link, QR code, or custom link. Use Terms of Service before checkout where the customer should agree to program terms.
5

Newie sends onboarding

The Welcome Email can include app links, intake forms, booking links, training instructions, nutrition notes, community links, or first check-in expectations.

Keep Delivery Separate

Newie handles payment, agreements, receipts, customer records, billing, and onboarding messages. You can still deliver training through a coaching app, booking tool, gym schedule, group chat, or community platform. Last updated: 2026-06-01
