Use this when you collect payment around an in-person fitness conversation, consult, class, session, or program. Your booking or class schedule can stay in your normal calendar, booking app, gym system, or front-desk process. Newie is the payment, agreement, receipt, and customer-record layer around that sale.

What the Trainer or Studio Needs in the Moment

In-person fitness sales are often quick. The customer is in front of you, at the desk, or finishing a consult. You need the right payment option ready before the conversation becomes awkward. Use Newie for the payment and customer record. Keep the session schedule, class attendance, or trainer diary wherever you already manage it.

Common Setup

  1. Create One-Off Services for casual sessions, assessments, consults, class packs, session blocks, workshops, deposits, or paid-upfront programs
  2. Create Subscriptions for ongoing memberships, weekly coaching, monthly personal training packages, or recurring class access
  3. Create Fixed-Term Subscriptions for short challenges or defined in-person programs paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
  4. Use Tap to Pay, QR codes, service links, or Purchase as Customer where available during the in-person sale
  5. Use groups for trainers, locations, class types, programs, or service categories
  6. Use Terms of Service for waivers, refund rules, cancellation rules, minimum terms, or training expectations where needed
  7. Use Welcome Emails for booking links, first-session instructions, app links, waiver or intake forms, and next steps
