Customer and Subscriber Exports

Newie has several customer and subscriber list exports for customer lists, subscriber lists, one-off purchase lists, installment plan lists, and status-based operational reports.

All Customers Export

Use this when you need the full customer list across the account. Where to Find It

Open All Customers

Open All Customers.

Use the export option.

Choose the format

Choose CSV or PDF where available.
What It Includes
  • Name
  • Email
  • Purchase or customer details where available

Customer Export for a Service

Use this when viewing all customers for a specific service or offering. What It Includes
  • Name
  • Email
  • Status columns, where the service has subscription or installment statuses
  • Purchase date
For one-off services, status columns may be hidden because there is no ongoing subscription or installment lifecycle.

Subscriber Export

Use this from Settings → Reports when exporting subscription customers. What It Includes
  • Name
  • Email
  • Subscription count
  • Most recently renewed status
  • Most recently renewed date
  • Most recently renewed price
The export reflects the filtered subscriber list where filters are applied.

Installment Plan Subscriber Export

Use this from Settings → Reports when exporting installment plan customers. What It Includes
  • Name
  • Email
  • Plan count
  • Most recently renewed status
  • Most recently renewed date
  • Most recently renewed price
The export reflects the filtered installment plan list where filters are applied. Use Customer and Subscriber Exports For

One-Off Purchase List Export

Use the One-Off Purchase List Export for a list of one-off purchases. Where to Find It

Open Reports

Open Settings → Reports.

Choose the report

Choose the One-Off Purchase report.

Choose the date range or filters where available.

Choose CSV or PDF.

  • Reviewing one-off purchases

Subscription and Installment Statements

Statements are customer-specific billing records for a subscription or installment plan. Where to Find Them

Open the customer list

Open Subscribers or All Installment Plans.

Select the customer

Select the customer.

Open the menu

Tap the ... menu.

Open the statement

Tap Statement.

Export the statement

Tap Export Statement.

Choose the format

Choose CSV or PDF.
What They Include
  • Subscription or installment plan name
  • Current price summary
  • Status
  • Invoice dates
  • Service name, when the customer’s service changed during the history
  • Paid-at dates
  • Invoice and payment statuses
  • Amounts
  • Totals for paid, refunded, unpaid, voided, or paused payments where relevant
Use Statements For
  • Customer proof of payment history
  • Customer support
  • Disputes or billing questions
  • Provider records for an individual subscription or installment plan
Use a statement when the customer needs a broader payment history. Use a receipt when the customer only needs proof of one payment.

Receipts and Signed Terms

Receipts and signed terms are downloadable records, but they are not the same as reports.

Customer Receipts

For paid invoices and one-off purchases, open the relevant invoice or purchase detail screen, then use Email Customer Receipt or Download Customer Receipt. These receipt actions live on the detail screen, not the subscription or installment plan ... menu. Use Receipts For
  • Proof of one specific payment
  • Customer requests for a receipt
  • Provider records for one invoice or one one-off payment

Signed Terms of Service

When Terms of Service were enabled for a purchase, open the relevant customer, invoice, or purchase record and choose View Agreed Terms where available to review the agreement the customer accepted. Where available, the agreed terms can also be downloaded as a PDF. Use Signed Terms For

  • Dispute evidence
  • Reminding a customer what they agreed to
  • Provider records
