Managing Subscribers
The Subscribers screen shows customers with subscriptions and groups them by current state: Upcoming, Active, Paused, Overdue, Expiring, and Expired. Use Search to find subscribers by name or email.- Recently Subscribed: Shows customers who subscribed in the last 7 days. You can use Share recents to share recent subscribers to social media as social proof that can encourage other customers to buy.
- Upcoming: Subscriptions that are scheduled or starting soon, but are not active yet. This is about the subscription start date, not the customer’s broader payment status. For payment-status questions, use Payments & Billing.
- Active: Subscriptions currently running as normal.
- Paused: Subscriptions where billing is temporarily paused.
- Overdue: Subscriptions with overdue invoices.
- Expiring: Subscriptions that are ending but have not fully ended yet. If a subscription is Expiring, it can be reverted back to Active before it ends.
- Expired: Subscriptions that have ended and cannot be undone. Use Show expired to include them in the list.
