Customer Manage Link
The Customer Manage Link is the customer’s main self-service entry point for that subscription purchase. Newie includes it when the customer first subscribes, emails it to the customer when a payment attempt fails and the invoice becomes overdue, includes it in overdue emails, and includes it in Overdue Assistant messages where the assistant is following up. You can also copy or share it from the app. Customers use it to manage available actions for the purchase, such as payment details, subscription details, overdue invoice or retry flows, receipts, and pause or cancel options where enabled. How to Share the Customer Manage Link- Go to Subscribers and select the customer
- Tap the
...menu - Tap Customer Manage Link
- Copy or share the link with the customer
- The customer can open the link and log in
- The customer can manage the available actions for that subscription purchase, including payment method updates, subscription details, receipts, and overdue invoice or retry flows where available
- If an invoice is overdue, the customer can use the link flow to pay or retry the payment
- If you have enabled customer self-pause or self-cancel on the service, customers can pause, cancel immediately, or schedule a cancellation through self-service where available
- This is different from a new service purchase link
- The Customer Manage Link is included when the customer first subscribes, emailed to the customer when a payment attempt fails and the invoice becomes overdue, included automatically in overdue emails, and included in Overdue Assistant messages where the assistant is following up. You can also copy it from the app when you need to send it manually

Ask a Question
Ask a Question opens the in-app help flow from the subscription context. It shows a relevant FAQ/help answer first, then lets you launch Newie support chat if you still need support. The support chat starts with an AI bot that gathers details, and every ticket is reviewed by a human and answered by a human from the Newie team.
